Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if the ordered products have not been made yet. In such cases, we will initiate the cancellation process for your order. However, if the products have already been made, canceling is still possible but will incur a 15% restocking fee for which you will be responsible. Please contact our customer service team promptly to discuss the cancellation process and any applicable fees.

Can I change the destination country on my order?

After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa. If there are any issues with delivery to your country, our customer service team will contact you immediately.

Note: All prices on our site are in USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.

Do you offer samples?

While we do not offer color samples, we do have small 2oz RTS bottles and 1.5oz metal flake jars available for purchase. We strongly advise buying a small amount before starting a large project to ensure the color meets your expectations.

Shipping

How do I track my package?

Please allow 1-2 business days for the production of your order before it is shipped. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Additionally, you can check the status of your order at any time by visiting the following link: Order Status

How long will it take to receive my order?

After being shipped, your order is expected to arrive within 2 to 5 days for the United States, within 10 to 16 days for Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, and other countries may take 15 to 25 days. An email confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order status, please feel free to email us. We are happy to assist you.

How much is shipping?

For a limited time, we'll cover the shipping cost for orders over $399 in the United States. International shipping rates start at $30 to $80. Please note that the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Do you ship paint internationally?

No. Due to international shipping regulations and restrictions, our paint products cannot be shipped internationally.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

At Tropical Glitz, we prioritize providing you with high-quality products and a delightful shopping experience. While our goal is to offer the best service possible, we understand that unique situations may occur. Here's a brief overview of our return policy:

Exceptions for Returns:

  • Wrong or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery via email at [Tropicalglitz@Gmail.Com] to initiate the return process.
  • Damage During Shipping: In the event of visible damage due to shipping, retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return. Keep all boxes, invoices, etc., for potential examination by the shipping provider.

How can I request a return?

All returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that the refund processing time depends on your payment provider.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and products labeled as final sale.
