Usage Guidelines
Surface Preparation
- Ensure the basecoat (solvent or water-based) is fully dry before application.
- Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly to remove contaminants.
- Carry out a test spray on a sample panel before full application.
Can Activation
- Remove the cap from the base of the can.
- Insert the metal ring into the lug at the base.
- Pull the ring fully down (10mm) and turn 360° to release the activator.
- Shake the aerosol for at least 2 minutes after the agitator ball moves freely.
Application Instructions
- Spray Distance: 250mm from the surface.
- Coating: Apply 2-3 coats with a total film thickness of 50μm.
- Flash Time: Allow 2 minutes between coats for optimal adhesion.
Post-Application
- After use, turn the can upside down and spray to clear the nozzle.
- Once activated, use within 24 hours for best performance.
- For optimal results, maintain a working temperature of 20-25°C and a relative air humidity of 45-60%.
- High humidity may result in gloss loss.
