Tropical Glitz Basecoats are crafted with the highest quality ingredients to deliver a stunning finish on your project. This is a solid basecoat with no transparency. For optimal results, we suggest spraying it over a grey ground coat. Additionally, we highly recommend mixing this basecoat at a 1:1 ratio with one of our Tropical Glitz Premium Reducers to achieve the best outcome.
