The SPI Epoxy Primer Kit 1:1 is a high-performance primer available in Gray, White, Black, and Red Oxide. Offered in gallons or quarts, this primer is activated with 6700-1 or 6700-4 hardeners. It is designed for easy sanding and features a 12-16 hour dry sand time, depending on temperature. With a 30-minute flash time at 70°F and the ability to be base-coated in as little as 4 hours, this primer is both efficient and versatile. It contains U.V. inhibitors to protect against UV damage and can be reduced by 5-50% to use as a sealer. Ideal for application with a 1.4-1.5 gun tip size, it requires a minimum of 30 minutes induction time and should be sprayed at 65°F or above, with a 24-hour curing period.

I’m not a professional painter

I’m not a professional painter. But on a motorcycle tank, oil tank, and side cover, I did a beautiful job. TheTropical Glitz base coat with the Spraymax 2k Glamour, turned out very nice. Usually I have sags and runs, but this stuff is really easy to spray.

Not quite the color i wanted on my current paint project but it will be used on some of the pinstriped art panels i paint/pinstripe. The purple berry blast prismatic flake i also got is just what i was looking for! As always Tropical Glitz had what i was looking for with good prices and fast shipping.
