Shipping Costs

For a limited time, we offer free shipping on orders over $499 within the United States. International shipping costs range from $30 to $100, depending on the destination country. Note: "Free Shipping" can not be combined with a Discount Code.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order production before it is shipped out. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is ready to ship.

Local Order Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers who select the Pickup option at checkout. Pickup orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day). Orders will be available for pickup the next business day after processing. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for the pickup confirmation email before arriving.

Our pickup hours follow our business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET (Closed weekends and holidays).

Shipping Duration

For orders shipped within the United States, please expect your items to arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date.

For U.S. states and territories outside the mainland (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.), please allow 10 to 16 business days for delivery.

For international orders to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, the estimated delivery time is within 10 to 16 business days from the shipping date.

For other international destinations, please anticipate a shipping duration of 15 to 25 business days.

Fast Shipping (U.S. Only – Dry Goods)

We offer fast shipping on dry goods such as metal flakes, pearls, leaf, and similar items within the United States only.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday to Friday) will be fulfilled the same day and handed off to UPS.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be fulfilled the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET on Fridays will be shipped on the next available business day.
  • Our shipping department operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET and is closed on weekends and holidays.
  • Please consider UPS holiday closures, as delivery may be delayed on those dates.

If you're in a rush, please avoid placing orders over the weekend or on holidays, and place your order early in the day.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order's status, please feel free to contact us via email, and we will be happy to assist you.

Changing Destination Country

Please be aware that once you have placed your order, it is not possible to change your shipping from domestic to international or vice versa. Please review your order carefully before completing your transaction.

Delivery Issues

In case of any delivery issues to your country, our dedicated customer service team will promptly reach out to you for resolution. If you have any delivery issues you must contact us up to 30 business days after shipped to report any issue of the package or products.

Shipping Protection (Lost, Theft or Damaged Packages)

We offer an optional Shipping Protection at checkout on the Cart Page. This allows customers to insure their package in case of loss, theft or damage during transit.

  • If Shipping Protection is selected, we take full responsibility and will provide a 100% replacement or refund if the package is lost, theft or damaged.

  • If Shipping Protection is not selected, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) and do our best to help recover the package or secure partial reimbursement, but we do not guarantee full coverage.
